Usually answered within one business day (CET). Please include your shop's .myshopify.com domain; for a report the period, for a single order the order number.

How it works

1. Install the app. Shipped orders of the last 60 days are loaded; new ones arrive automatically.
2. Enter your registration: LUCID number, dual system, countries (Germany, Austria).
3. Create your packaging — boxes, mailers, void fill, product packaging — with weight per material in grams. Templates with typical weights help you start.
4. Assign: sales packaging per product or variant (single, bulk or via CSV) and shipping rules by item count or weight. Single orders can be overridden.
5. Report: under "Reports" pick a month, quarter or year. Quantities are shown in kg with three decimals in the order of the LUCID data report (for Austria: ARA categories) — as a table, CSV or PDF. Enter the same figures with your scheme and in LUCID, close the period and mark it reported.

Plus: planned quantity for next year, declaration-of-completeness thresholds, reminders before deadlines.
