Provider: Universal Exporters LLC ("we"). Customer: the owner of the Shopify shop installing the app ("you").
The app computes packaging quantities per material and period from your shipped Shopify orders and the packaging, assignments and shipping rules you enter, separately for Germany and Austria, and provides them as a table, CSV and PDF.
The app is a calculation tool and does not replace legal advice. Whether and to what extent you must report, which materials and weights apply and what you report to your scheme and LUCID is your responsibility. Check the figures before every report.
$11.99 (USD) per 30 days, everything included, billed through Shopify Billing, after a 14-day free trial. Cancel by uninstalling the app; billing periods already started are not refunded. Development stores use the app free of charge.
You make sure you may process your shop's order data and that your input (weights, materials, assignments) is correct.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may develop the app further, change or discontinue features; we announce material restrictions with reasonable notice.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract and at most the fees paid in the last twelve months. We are not liable for licence fees, back payments or fines resulting from a report you submitted.
The privacy policy applies.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remains valid.
